Unbuild Lab provides custom AI implementation services for small businesses, including:

• Ongoing maintenance and support

How We Work

1. Discovery call: We start with a free 30-minute conversation to understand your needs.
2. Proposal: If we're a good fit, we provide a written proposal with scope, timeline, and cost.
3. Implementation: Upon agreement, we build your solution.
4. Testing: You test the solution before final payment.
5. Maintenance: Ongoing support through monthly maintenance subscription.

Payment Terms

• Implementation: Typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. Larger projects may have milestone payments.
• Maintenance: Monthly billing, paid in advance.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, major credit cards.

Intellectual Property

• You own the custom solution we build for you, including all code specific to your project.
• Unbuild Lab retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks that are not specific to your project.
• We may use anonymized case studies of your project for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Warranties

• We warrant that solutions will be built according to agreed specifications.
• We do not guarantee specific business results (increased revenue, cost savings, etc.) as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
• Bug fixes during the maintenance period are included in your maintenance fee.

Cancellation

• During implementation: If you cancel during implementation, you pay for work completed to date.
• Maintenance: You can cancel maintenance after the initial 90-day period with 30 days written notice.
• Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your solution but Unbuild Lab is no longer responsible for maintenance or support.

Limitation of Liability

Unbuild Lab's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond the direct fees paid.

Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
• We'll first try to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Portugal.
